Understanding Autism for Colleagues
The workplace is typically organized by, and for, neurotypical employees. Neurodiverse co-workers including those who are autistic bring added value to the workplace.
Social and communication differences between autistic and non-autistic employees require understanding by all colleagues for optimal interactions and productivity. This training program will help all employees gain an understanding of autism and provides guidance on how to bridge social, behavioral, and communication differences to the benefit of all.
